Yesterday was another successful day for Finnjävlarna as Jaro beated FC Lahti and the change in balance of the account showed positive figures.

HJK-KuPS

For the time being HJK is the best team in the Finnish Veikkausliiga and to beat them especially on home ground has proven to be very difficult. HJK is topping the score board with a margin of 7 points to Honka being second. On Wednesday HJK will meet FK Ekranas from Lithuania in Champions League qualifiers. HJK lost the first match 0-1, even if they had more chances to score. HJK is determined to make progress in the highly valued Champions League, where big money is involved and therefore they will most likely let some of their top players rest in the Saturday evening match against KuPS. We put our bet on a draw or away victory X2 .

IFK Mariehamn – FC Inter

The Åland team has not yet succeeded to win on home ground. Now they try to break this spell as FC Inter from Turku is coming to Mariehamn. IFK has managed to improve their performance after having a modest start. In the previous match against FC Lahti the first home victory was already very close, when they led by 2-0 in the beginning of the second half, but then the home team lost control and FC Lahti managed to score two goals and the game resulted in a draw. FC Inter has been quite successful and their latest match resulted in victory against Honka on home ground. Inter has been picking up points during the whole season. There is potential in IFK Mariehamn and FC Inter is not on a too much higher level and considering that the odds are almost 3 for Mariehamn we should not miss this opportunity.

Tamu is striving hard for a position in the European League for next season and by winning this match the difference to Honka being second would be reduced to 1 point only. Statistics for AC Oulu show that the last four games have resulted in 0 points and the balance of scored goals is 1-11!. Oulu has been in big trouble especially when playing away.  In their latest home match against Jaro the team created many good chances for scoring but they never managed to put the ball behind the goalkeeper. DoneWell Yobe is returning from his visit to China giving the team an important enforcement for the match against Tamu.
